Butterfly Shaker Card

First let me say - I've missed you all!

It's been almost two weeks since my last post
and I truly miss making cards/crafts/3D projects and
posting them, but life has a way of getting
IN THE WAY!

Ha ha!  Not really.  I had the joy
of having my two sons, their wives and all
three grandchildren at my home at the
same time.   I have one son who lives
locally and the other one is from MN, so not
a lot of opportunity to have them all together.
It was a rare treat, but I'm sure you understand
why crafting was low on the list of things
to do!

My hubby and I are making moves to sell
our home and downsize.  This is a tough decision!
I have so many great memories here, it's hard
to think it's time to make this move.
My head tells me it's time, but my
heart tugs at me to stay especially after
entertaining the entire family last week.

I'd appreciate your prayers so we make the
right decision.  If we place an offer on the home
we are looking at now, we would like to sell our home
as soon as possible.

I have a beautiful card to share with you today.
I have a staff member leaving my office on Friday for
a new opportunity and I wanted to make her a special card.
I used a Silhouette file for the Butterfly shaker.  OMG!
This was so easy.  I used Anna Griffin paper and I love
the shimmer.  I think the card is very elegant.

If you have a Silhouette, there are several
shaker cards in the store.  They are easy peasy!

Have a great night!

  1. Very cute shaker card! I will have to check those files out in the silhouette store. What did you use to make the stitched frame on your card....love that!
